OOO "Uchtekh-Profi" expresses gratitude to OOO "Visutech System" for professionalism and efficiency in solving the problem of starting up a metal laser cutting machine.
The machine was inoperative for four months due to a malfunction in a control system operating on the EtherCAT fieldbus. Contacting the equipment supplier did not bring the desired results. To resolve the problem, employees of "Uchtekh-Profi" applied to "Visutech System" (Minsk, Belarus), specializing in software development using the EtherCAT technology. As a result, Visutech System specialists completed commissioning work in just five working days (the time from the moment of the first contact to the start-up of the machine).
